Meet Pranav Dalal, a Harvard Business School alumni with decades of global business experience. A visionary entrepreneur, Pranav has successfully scaled companies from small teams to operations with thousands of employees. Honored with the Vistage Business Impact Award and now a Member of The Forbes Business Council, Pranav continues to make waves in the business world. As Chairman and CEO of Office Beacon, he leads the company to new heights, expanding its presence across the USA, India, the Philippines, Mexico, and South Africa, with even greater growth on the horizon.

Julie Zwissler is the Chief Marketing Officer at Office Beacon, a leading provider of Managed Remote Staffing Solutions. A seasoned marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in entertainment marketing, Julie is passionate about helping brands build genuine connections with their audiences. Previously, she served as CMO at Fabric, an innovator in mixed-reality experiences for live sports, working with major leagues like the NBA, MLB, NHL, and MLS. Her extensive career includes leadership roles at CBS, the NBA, the Lakers, Time Warner, and CJ E&M, where she spearheaded strategic marketing and sponsorship programs. Julie’s expertise spans startups to Fortune 100 companies, crafting innovative branding and marketing solutions for top brands such as Hilton, MGM Resorts, Toyota, Fox Sports and Nestlé. A firm believer in the power of storytelling and community building, she also serves as a strategic advisor for Offleash’d, a platform fostering connections through shared passions. She holds a master’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine and is recognized for her entrepreneurial mindset, strategic leadership, and commitment to driving impactful marketing initiatives.

Sukhvinder Singh Multani (Sukhi Singh) is our Vice President Of Sales. Sukhi brings the right mix of both local and international experience of more than 18 years in sales, customer service and people management. The industry experience spans from telecommunication, transportation, retail, and wholesale. He has helped launch several major national sales campaigns, managed several sales teams and raised the bar for sales performance. Sukhi earned his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Physics, from MS University, India. He’s been with the organization for more than 11 years and has worked in several departments and is currently responsible for Enterprise Sales in Southeast Asia as well as Australia and New Zealand. His recent achievements include setting up the Australasia market from the ground up after successfully handling clients and projects in the US, Canada and the UK. Sukhi resides in India with his wife and two sons. In his spare time, he follows cricket and is an ardent fan of the Manchester United soccer team.

Denise Cline is the General Manager of Promotional Products at Office Beacon, where she leads the strategy, growth, and scaling of the company’s promotional products vertical. She brings more than two decades of industry experience, having helped build and scale a promotional products distributorship where she operated in a co-founder capacity. During that time, she worked across sales, business development, operations, HR, and finance while helping grow the business into a multi-million-dollar organization.

At Office Beacon, Denise focuses on connecting strategy with execution, building scalable systems, strengthening client partnerships, and helping promotional products companies grow through Office Beacon’s global talent model. She is also helping scale operations within the promotional products vertical, with a particular focus on expanding and strengthening the team in South Africa.

Christine serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, where she leads the development and activation of high-impact alliances that accelerate growth and broaden Office Beacon’s market presence. In this role, she manages a portfolio of key partnerships and oversees the Ambassador Program, strengthening referral-based business through structured recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance optimization.

With a strong background in sales operations, business development, and leadership, Christine blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. She partners closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align initiatives, launch co-marketing campaigns, and orchestrate joint events and thought leadership efforts that elevate Office Beacon’s industry position. Known for her consultative approach, cross-functional collaboration, and commitment to data-driven excellence, Christine delivers measurable, long-term value for both the company and its partners.

Tim joined Office Beacon in 2016 with the goal of expanding its enterprise customer base and he’s done exactly that. Leveraging his industry experience, Tim has helped countless companies improve their bottom lines and create operational efficiencies that have helped take their businesses to new heights. Tim is passionate about working with his customers to find solutions to their problems. Tim lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and two boys, Theo and Owen. In his free time, Tim likes listening to music and watching English football. Up The Reds!

Mike is Vice President of Sales at Office Beacon, where he leads go-to-market strategy and revenue growth across key verticals. Over the past several years, Mike has built the company’s Property Management division from the ground up — working closely with operators across the U.S. to design scalable support models tailored to leasing, maintenance coordination, accounting, and back-office workflows.

Known for a consultative, relationship-first approach, Mike partners with clients to solve operational bottlenecks and drive long-term efficiency. In addition to his work in property management, he continues to support a portfolio of 60+ clients in the promotional products industry, bringing a deep understanding of both service delivery and client success.

Mike lives in the Greater Philadelphia area with his wife, Kate, and their two daughters, Amelia (8) and Alice (6). When he’s not working with clients, he’s usually cheering on Philly sports — for better or worse. Go Birds.

Chiemi Williams is an experienced operations and strategy executive specializing in business process optimization. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Promo Distributor Solutions at Office Beacon LLC, she leverages her expertise to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. 

Charu Basra leads the Property Management vertical, bringing deep expertise from managing diverse, U.S.-based portfolios. With over 25 years of experience in sales and property management, she is dedicated to driving portfolio stability, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Charu empowers property owners by building highly trained teams that allow them to scale efficiently and focus on strategic acquisitions. Looking ahead, Charu is spearheading the integration of cutting-edge technologies and AI with the OB tech team to redefine the property management industry. Her vision is to modernize operations, enhance efficiency, and create a smarter, more agile approach to managing portfolios—shaping the future of property management where innovation drives value, not just effort.

Helena Ferrari, GPHR, PHR brings 25 years as a global C-suite executive partnering with leadership, Human Resources, and operational teams to strategize on attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent. Helena combines her business and HR expertise at the intersection of people, culture, business expectations, and regulatory realities. She brings a delicate balance of proven approaches and creative solutions to stakeholders and businesses. Helena holds a BSBA La Verne University, is a globally certified HR Professional, an accredited facilitator, and key note speaker.

Dipak is an advisor with over 30 years of successful experience in finance, accounting, strategy, and business operations. He has previously served in senior executive roles for numerous companies in a variety of industries, including as the head of finance and accounting for a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. As a partner in B2B CFO®, he now serves owners of privately held companies to help them achieve their strategic growth objectives. Dipak holds a master’s degree in finance from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.

Han Pai is a partner at Salisian | Lee LLP. He focuses his practice on complex business litigation, as well as on the transactional and business formation needs of the firm’s diverse client roster. Han handles a wide array of business disputes for plaintiffs and defendants, including commercial loan litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, real estate disputes, business torts, insurance coverage claims, bankruptcy litigation, and commercial collections. He represents businesses and entrepreneurs in various industries throughout Southern California in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal, in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration. Han also provides valuable transactional counsel, including business formation, contract drafting, and counseling to minimize litigation risk. Prior to joining Salisian | Lee in 2011, Han began his legal career as an associate with a boutique business litigation firm in downtown Los Angeles, practicing in the areas of business and employment litigation. Han received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a senior production editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review and published a Note. He received his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, graduating with general honors. Salisian | Lee LLP, as an outside vendor, is Office Beacon’s Outside Litigation Counsel.

As a Business Development Manager at Office Beacon, Victoria leads initiatives to expand the company’s U.S. client base and strengthen long-term partnerships. With more than five years of experience in sales and business development, she focuses on driving performance through tailored offshore staffing solutions. Known for her strategic mindset and client-first approach, Victoria plays a key role in advancing Office Beacon’s mission to deliver scalable, cost-effective back-office support.

Ajay Dalal is a Business Development Representative here at Office Beacon and a second-generation member of the company. He received his undergraduate degree in entreprenuership at Loyola Marymount University, and is currently pursuing his MBA at Loyola Marymount University as well. Ajay deals with building client relationships at many of the events we do, and how we can increase sales growth.

Ria leads the creation of event and behind-the-scenes content at Office Beacon's event venue, including SoFi Stadium and Intuit Dome. Her work focuses on growing Office Beacon's social media presence by highlighting the creative and human side of the brand. She is passionate about capturing authentic moments that reflect both the professionalism and close-knit culture of the Office Beacon team.

Jay has been focused on supporting the company’s strategic growth initiatives, driving the company’s financial performance, through his massive experience in the field of financial management. Jay is a seasoned executive with more than 19 years of experience. Before joining Office Beacon he served as Manager Finance and Accounts at Rigel Networks for 7 years and prior to that he had senior executive level experience with EPC company – Shah Engineering Company for 11 years with multiple roles in Accounting and Procurement department. He has good exposure over finance related to various industries. He is a business graduate from M.S. University. Jay’s experience includes oversight of Financial Planning, Budgeting and Control, Cash Flow Management, Operational Cost Improvement, Resource Cost Optimization, Procurement and to maintain key financial ratios for the business.

Dipesh’s work with Office Beacon began right at the company’s inception. Having worked closely with Office Beacon founder, Pranav Dalal, Dipesh is more than just an employee of Office Beacon, he is one of its pillars. Dipesh has contributed to every area of the organization, has taken on every challenge before him, and is one of those unique talents combining talent, know-how and hard work.

Rakesh Shrotriya, PMP®, brings over two decades of diverse experience in operations management, business development, and process optimization. Having previously served in key leadership roles, including as Director of Operations at OfficeBeacon LLC, Rakesh rejoined the company to lead its revenue optimization initiatives. Known for his expertise in strategic planning, process mapping, and stakeholder management, he has a proven track record of driving cost efficiencies and maximizing profitability. Rakesh's commitment to operational excellence and innovative problem-solving continues to contribute to the company's success.

Heta provides support to the sales team at office Beacon. She is responsible for overseeing and implementing sales-driven campaigns. Heta’s passion for marketing and sales drives her to achieve her objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance. Heta earned an MBA in marketing.

Smitesh Panchal brings over 22 years of experience in the IT industry and currently serves as the General Manager overseeing software project deliveries at a multinational corporation. Throughout his career, he has built a proven track record of success, managing large service teams, Amazon programs, and eCommerce supply chains for nearly 15 years. His leadership at Office Beacon LLC, along with his work at companies like Sunrise Identity, has positioned him as a key figure in driving operational success. Smitesh specializes in Agile Project Management and has completed Agile Master and PMP Training, championing Agile development principles to ensure efficient and adaptable project execution. As the leader of the Project Management Office (PMO), Smitesh focuses on managing complex software projects like ERP, SAAS based product development , AI projects and nurturing client relationships, guiding his team to deliver high-quality solutions. His vision is to drive innovation and efficiency through technology.

Dynamic results-oriented Cyber Security & Risk Management leader with a strategic vision and 22 years of experience in Datacenter Management, Cyber Security transformation, Strategy & Governance, Enterprise IT and Cloud Architecture, IP Telecommunication, Cyber Resilience, Security operations, Blockchain Analysis, Compliance, Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Program Management, and Vendor Management in large enterprises with strong global exposure. Hemal is a Microsoft and Cisco certified professional holding a Bachelor of Science with a major in statistics, a Master's degree in business management specializing in Finance and telecommunications, and an Advance Diploma in software engineering. He is currently pursuing his Master's in Blockchain at the University of Nicosia. Hemal has an extensive directorial experience with an excellent track record in the management of intricate company IT systems and security.

John Hyde, a Loyola College alumnus, leads Specialty Sales at Office Beacon, driving growth through diverse teams across various business lines, including insurance and mortgage. He has engaged with clients on projects involving Insurance AMS, Oracle, Core Banking, and Microsoft. Passionate about back-office solutions, John connects with Insurance business owners to showcase how partnering with Office Beacon addresses industry pain points, delivering streamlined operations and optimized performance for increased profitability and ROI.

He particularly enjoys working with North American Insurance clients and prospects, introducing them to the comprehensive suite of services Office Beacon has to offer.

As Vice President of Healthcare Services, Vinoth Kumar, a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) accredited by the AAPC, brings over 22 years of experience driving sales and operational excellence within the dynamic healthcare BPO sector. His expertise spans Medical Billing, Coding, AR, Transcriptions, Teleradiology, and Medical Animations, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and scalable solutions that accelerate client growth and satisfaction.

Having worked onsite for several project transitions, Vinoth has extensive hands-on experience in setting up and stabilizing end-to-end healthcare operations, ensuring seamless alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.

The foundation of his team’s success lies in robust healthcare management and business analysis capabilities, enabling the delivery of complex solutions with precision and efficiency. Vinoth’s mission goes beyond operational performance — he is dedicated to empowering clients with innovative healthcare services that redefine patient care and support systems across the United States.

Vishnu joined Office Beacon in 2009 with a total of 13 years experience in BPO Operations and expertise in Supplier Order Processing, Distributor Order Processing, Implementations, and E-Commerce in the Promotional Industry. With a proven track record and certification in Six Sigma Green Belt, he is an expert in identifying areas for improvement and formulating/executing initiatives to improve operational, organizational, and system performance. Provides mentorship to team members in industry best practices, Lean Six Sigma methods, and customer service in order to quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns, drive regulatory compliance, advance continuous improvement, and save money.

As Global Finance Director at Office Beacon, Hemang Patel oversees the company’s global finance function, ensuring strong financial governance and operational excellence across all locations. With more than 22 years of experience in finance and accounting, Hemang brings deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, global financial reporting, budgeting, and financial governance across multi-country operations. Before joining Office Beacon, he served as Director - Finance at Magnit Global and prior to that served as DGM - Finance within the Collabera Group. Hemang has extensive experience in building scalable finance functions, strengthening internal controls, and partnering with leadership teams to support sustainable business growth.

Lanie Gomos, Office Beacon Philippines’ Human Resources Director since September 2023, brings decades of expertise in accounting, administration, and HR. A Notre Dame University graduate with a BS in Accountancy and a master’s in HR Management and Business Administration, she has driven excellence and continuous improvement throughout her career. A key contributor to a Palladium Hall of Fame-winning team, Lanie has successfully led Office Beacon through transformative changes, ensuring a strong foundation for future growth and expansion.

With over 12 years of experience managing BPO companies in the Philippines, Jonee is a seasoned manager that has helped with the company’s rapid growth. A strong believer in John Maxwell’s business teachings, a results-driven, quality-focused and strategic leadership. She is known to be a strict process-oriented professional inside the office but enjoys great jokes in her free time.
