Caroline is Office Beacon’s Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer where she negotiates lucrative partnerships that help companies and organizations with their business growth. Caroline’s goal is to create and foster symbiotic relationships that propels businesses to heights unimagined.
Chintan is a top management professional having proven history of success in leadership roles distinguished by commended performance. Chronicle success with 26 years of extensive international experience in heading IT department. Prior to Office Beacon Chintan has experience with various MNCs and characterized as a visionary, strategist, consistent record of delivering result in growth, revenue, operational performance and profitability.
Peter Rogers has over 35 years of senior financial experience. He holds a Masters from Oxford, and qualified as an accountant (FCA) while at KPMG. Peter has significant international finance experience gained while working at ICI and Zeneca. For 15 years Peter was CFO of the world’s leading manager of outpatient cancer centers, Aptium Oncology based in Los Angeles. Since facilitating the sale of Aptium in 2012, Peter has worked with countless numbers of small business owners on behalf of Office Beacon, using his experience to improve revenue, profit and cash flow, in many instances leading to the successful sale of the business.
Jay has been focused on supporting the company’s strategic growth initiatives, driving the company’s financial performance, through his massive experience in the field of financial management. Jay is a seasoned executive with more than 19 years of experience. Before joining Office Beacon he served as Manager Finance and Accounts at Rigel Networks for 7 years and prior to that he had senior executive level experience with EPC company – Shah Engineering Company for 11 years with multiple roles in Accounting and Procurement department. He has good exposure over finance related to various industries. He is a business graduate from M.S. University. Jay’s experience includes oversight of Financial Planning, Budgeting and Control, Cash Flow Management, Operational Cost Improvement, Resource Cost Optimization, Procurement and to maintain key financial ratios for the business.
As Office Beacon’s legal counsel, Rick has been practicing law since 1984. Rick is an “AV” rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. Since 1987 Rick has been acting as a Judge Pro Tem in the Orange County Superior Court. In 1994, he was selected to act as an Arbitrator in the Orange County Superior Court. Rick is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
Dynamic results-oriented Cyber Security & Risk Management leader with a strategic vision and 22 years of experience in Datacenter Management, Cyber Security transformation, Strategy & Governance, Enterprise IT and Cloud Architecture, IP Telecommunication, Cyber Resilience, Security operations, Blockchain Analysis, Compliance, Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Program Management, and Vendor Management in large enterprises with strong global exposure.
Hemal is a Microsoft and Cisco certified professional holding a Bachelor of Science with a major in statistics, a Master’s degree in business management specializing in Finance and telecommunications, and an Advance Diploma in software engineering. He is currently pursuing his Master’s in Blockchain at the University of Nicosia. Hemal has an extensive directorial experience with an excellent track record in the management of intricate company IT systems and security.
Anand has more than 10 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, valuations for financial reporting, due diligence and corporate finance. Anand is a certified Chartered Accountant and Public Accountant (USA). He earned a Diploma in IFRS from the ACCA Board (UK) and is also pursuing his Final Level of Chartered Financial Analysts (Global CFA).
Jay is a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and MS (Finance) certification by the ICFAI, Hyderabad. Jay is currently managing our accounting and bookkeeping team who service clients globally.
Tim joined Office Beacon in 2016 with the goal of expanding its enterprise customer base and he’s done exactly that. Leveraging his industry experience, Tim has helped countless companies improve their bottom lines and create operational efficiencies that have helped take their businesses to new heights. Tim is passionate about working with his customers to find solutions to their problems. Tim lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and two boys, Theo and Owen. In his free time, Tim likes listening to music and watching English football. Up The Reds!
Mike joined Office Beacon in 2018 after spending the previous decade as an Enterprise Account Manager with Teleperformance, a global BPO company with $5+ billion in annual revenue. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a track record for building long-term client relationships, Mike hit the ground running, generating 40+ enterprise accounts in his first two years. Some of those accounts have since grown tenfold, a testament to Mike’s pride in being a trusted advocate and valued resource for our business partners to lean on. When he’s not busy helping companies improve their bottom lines, Mike torments himself by following Philly sports. A resident of downtown Philadelphia for the last 10+ years, Mike lives with his wife Kate, and two daughters, Amelia (2) and Alice (1).
Sukhvinder Singh Multani (Sukhi Singh) is our Senior Sales Manager. Sukhi brings the right mix of both local and international experience of more than 18 years in sales, customer service and people management. The industry experience spans from telecommunication, transportation, retail, and wholesale. He has helped launch several major national sales campaigns, managed several sales teams and raised the bar for sales performance. Sukhi earned his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Physics, from MS University, India. He’s been with the organization for more than 11 years and has worked in several departments and is currently responsible for Enterprise Sales in Southeast Asia as well as Australia and New Zealand. His recent achievements include setting up the Australasia market from the ground up after successfully handling clients and projects in the US, Canada and the UK. Sukhi resides in India with his wife and two sons. In his spare time, he follows cricket and is an ardent fan of the Manchester United soccer team.
John Hyde has 12 years of experience in Software and KPO industry. He has worked on diverse engagements involving ERPs like Oracle, Microsoft, and Back-office industry. He is proficient in handling global clients spanning multiple geographies, and diverse industries (Insurance, Logistics, Software Development, Translation, etc). “He enjoys working with clients and prospects alike to introduce them to the suite of services Office Beacon has to offer.”
He takes a hands-on approach to his role, enthusiastically connecting with business owners to demonstrate the value of partnering with Office Beacon to solve common industry pain points. With a passion for back-office, John’s mission is to deliver streamlined operations, optimized performance, scaled profitability, and a high return on investment.
Heta provides support to the sales team at office Beacon. She is responsible for overseeing and implementing sales-driven campaigns. Heta’s passion for marketing and sales drives her to achieve her objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance. Heta earned an MBA in marketing.
Najee Goode is a Super Bowl champion with the Philadelphia Eagles and a Director of Sales for Office Beacon. Najee has tremendous skillsets in building relationships and growing networks quickly. He is responsible for bringing enterprise partnerships to Office Beacon to grow the various verticals that Office Beacon services.
Walter Thurmond is a Super Bowl champion with the Seattle Seahawks. As a member of the ‘Legion of Boom’, Walter brings the same determination and will power to drive sales for Office Beacon as a Director of Sales. Walter has a deep knowledge and understanding of all things technical and will help Office Beacon forge deep relationships, particularly in the IT sector.
Stanley is an experienced IT/BPO executive with more than 20 years of experience, in BPO/ITES targeting opportunities to leverage expertise in strategizing, motivating, and leading diverse teams to effectively achieve business goals and objectives across global locations. His expertise covers BPO Center Global Operations Delivery, IT & Infrastructure Services, Shared Services, Transition and Transformation within various verticals (MNT, HLS, BFS, RCTG, ENU & GMT and Customer Relationship Management He completed his MBA. (Sales & Marketing) at the University of Madras, India. He also have various certifications in the areas of Project Management, Six Sigma (Black Belt), Microsoft Prince 2, TIL, AWS and COBIT.
Stanley is responsible for overseeing the activities across all client accounts operating within the country operations to ensure compliance with existing client requirements and shall work with the different support groups to ensure the development and implementation of efficient and profitable operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
Lanie is an experienced HR Professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development in different industries such as BPO, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Power. During her professional career, she has led implementations of different HR policies, procedures and technology and have championed the implementation of Malcom Baldridge as a framework for management
Lanie is a graduate of Notre Dame University with a BS degree Major in Accounting with post graduate studies (Master in Management Human Resources and Master in Business Administration) from Aura Mondriaan College-Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
Lanie is handling all HR functions within Office Beacon Philippines which includes Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training, HR Admin, Employee Engagement and Labor Relations.
With over 12 years of experience managing BPO companies in the Philippines, Jonee is a seasoned manager that has helped with the company’s rapid growth. A strong believer in John Maxwell’s business teachings, a results-driven, quality-focused and strategic leadership. She is known to be a strict process-oriented professional inside the office but enjoys great jokes in her free time.
CJ is the Administrative Director at Office Beacon. He has decades of experience across diverse industries which makes him adept at directing and controlling all business operations. His impressive academic background and skills makes him a seasoned expert in financial planning, government relations and internal controls. In addition, he has a solid background in expertise in finance and accounts. In his role as Administrative Director he is responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction.
Gonzalo is a Graduate in Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA), Universidad ORT Uruguay, 2009. Gonzalo has an outstanding track record in administration, supervision, and project leadership with over 15 years of experience in comprehensive management, and proven leadership ability in business domains.
He is a successful performer and has achieved maximum hands-on experience in team projects and work, such as Accounting Administration, Application Support (IT), Outsourcing BPO (Travel and Expenses, Payroll), Administration and Finance with recognitions and achievements in each one of them.
Having worked in BPO for more than 12 years now, including domestic and international processes. Mayur joined Office Beacon in May 2010 as a junior employee, was promoted to a team leader in August 2012, to operations manager in 2015. and finally to senior operations manager in 2016. As a senior operations manager, he worked closely with many customers and managed their service level agreements, maintained strong relationships with customers by achieving goals, targets & retaining them. An experienced six sigma belt with key skills in operations strategy encompassing planning, directing and improving processes, as well as leadership and people management. He enjoys playing cricket and travelling.
Vishnu joined Office Beacon in 2009 with a total of 13 years experience in BPO Operations and expertise in Supplier Order Processing, Distributor Order Processing, Implementations, and E-Commerce in the Promotional Industry. With a proven track record and certification in Six Sigma Green Belt, he is an expert in identifying areas for improvement and formulating/executing initiatives to improve operational, organizational, and system performance. Provides mentorship to team members in industry best practices, Lean Six Sigma methods, and customer service in order to quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns, drive regulatory compliance, advance continuous improvement, and save money.
