Based on where you are located, we will assign an implementation team based either in North America, the Philippines or in India. Once assigned, our implementation team will be in touch to schedule a kick-off call. From that point, an implementation is developed.
Depending on the complexity of services provided, most often the training and implementation timeframe is 4-6 weeks.
Most of our clients have the team work the same hours as they do (regular business hours); however, many of our clients also elect to have their team work overnight hours as well. This would involve multiple shifts.
Every single one of our employees must sign a non-disclosure agreement with us. Furthermore, we have fingerprint scanner entry devices to ensure that only permitted individuals are allowed entry to the work area. As well, we have magnetic scanning devices at all entries to ensure no unauthorized devices are brought into our offices.
Regarding holidays in countries where are workforce are situated, we will provide you with a list of holidays ahead of time. In past, we are able to ensure minimization of staffing shortages by paying overtime on holidays. Regarding sick days, we will discussion the option with you on whether you would like to have back up employees provide coverage in case of need. However, we do not have issues with sick days any more than the average company.

Our implementation team will work with you to gather your requirements, and then our HR team will review resumes accordingly. They will then set up initial interviews to vet the best candidates. At that point, we will review the resumes with you and agree on the candidates you would like to conduct final interviews with.
Your team will work what ever hours that you want them to work. Typically it's your business hours. However, we work 24x6; therefore, we can manage multiple shifts to ensure you have total coverage.
Our standard business practice is to not have employees work on more than one client at a time. So as long as they are assigned to you, they will not work for anyone else, at any time, during the assignment.
We charge all clients in US dollars. However, if you require us to send invoices in your local currency, we will apply the current exchange rate to the invoice so that you can pay us appropriately.
