Office Beacon LLC provides a full range of data entry / order entry services. For suppliers and distributors, we provide order entry of purchase orders and invoices. We also handle other types of data entry including membership forms, sweepstakes, payroll etc.
Our goal is to achieve the highest levels of quality and accuracy in order entry. We use leading edge software and tools, such as field validation, re-key verification, address correction and verification, depending on project specifications and client requirements.

| Field Validation |
| When designing a data entry program for a selected project, we use field validations
such as table look-ups, formula and datatype restrictions. This includes
standard and/or custom check-digit formulas, city, state and zip code look-ups from
Postal Code tables, as well as any type of customer-specific data (e.g. vendor or
customer lists, product or part lists etc.)

| Re-key Verification |
| Since 100% accuracy is a must, entire documents
are re-keyed for each and every customer. After data has been keyed once,
a second independent operator keys it again. As each keystroke is made
twice, if there
is a need for correction, our system flags the difference. These results are immediately
verified and corrected
